As 2015 draws to a close, I hope for the readers that this year was blessed with happy memories and useful learnings. As 2016 stands at our threshold, I wish for each one of us, a very very Happy New Year. Hoping we all dive into 2016 full of enthusiasm and positivity. #2016

  2. Was just watching your interview at Behind The Shadows while working in the kitchen right now. Insightful! I admire your life’s work and appreciate it. At the risk of sounding pompous, I must admit I have a book on migraines named Migraines For The Informed Woman – Tips From A Sufferer, that was published in 2009. My own migraine episodes in the past 17 plus years have at least one trigger I know of (Column A of the Chinese Menu!) – hormones – as they are always around my menstrual cycle:)
