Continuing with the thoughts of day before…..Citrus fruits and juices also have histamines, which is another food allergen. However,it is important to include Vit C in our diets, so we must be careful to choose other rich Vit C sources such as Broccoli, Kale, Cauliflower, Bell Peppers etc in our diets.
However, unless otherwise proven (either through allergy tests or immediate reaction after consumption), everything should be had in moderation.
